Bindi Irwin Goes ‘Adventuring’ With Her Mini-Me Daughter Grace & Our Hearts Can’t Handle the Cuteness

Lace up your boots — it’s time for an adventure! While we can’t actually jet off to explore the Australian outback right now, we can live vicariously through Bindi Irwin and her daughter Grace. The duo recently went “adventuring” together, and the resulting photo is bringing us so much joy.

“Adventuring with my best friend,” the Australia Zoo conservationist wrote over a photo on her Instagram Story yesterday. The stunning snapshot shows Bindi and her 2-year-old daughter, who she shares with husband Chandler Powell, standing in tall grass outside in front of sweeping trees and picture-perfect blue sky. Bindi, dressed in a khaki shirt, gray pants, and a green baseball hat, is leaning forward to look at her daughter. She is getting on Grace’s level to chat with her, and Grace is smiling up at her mom with so much love and admiration on her face.

For her part, Grace is wearing light khaki pants and a long-sleeve tan shirt. Her curly brown hair is half-pulled up in a ponytail on top of her head, and she is her mama’s mini-me! Grace is holding Bindi’s hands in the photo, which are around Grace’s waist, and the moment is just so beautiful.

Bindi didn’t reveal exactly where her and Grace were adventuring, but we imagine there is so much to discover as a toddler (or an adult, honestly!) at the Australia Zoo. Their family walks must be so entertaining!

The Crikey! It’s The Irwins star often posts about her adventures with Grace. In June, she shared a photo captioned, “Exploring ?.” The toddler wears a pink fuzzy jacket and purple pants while walking around with a toy elephant. And a month earlier, the Irwin family went to the Great Barrier Reef, where Grace was narrating their trip like a true documentarian (she is the grandaughter of the late Steve Irwin, after all!).

No matter what they do, they seem to have a great time — and Grace just gets cuter by the second!

Khaki Family

Grace has been rocking the khaki look lately, just like her family. Yesterday, Bindi shared an adorable family photo (including mom Terri and brother Robert) that featured Grace front and center looking all grown up in her khaki outfit.

But she isn’t just donning the Australia Zoo’s official color for looks. Grace is also ready to take on some family duties. Like earlier this month, when she attended a staff meeting with her mom and made the most adorable video about it.

“Grace requested to come to our #AustraliaZoo staff meeting with us and gave a fabulous update on koalas. ?” Bindi wrote on Instagram. “She’s also been saying ‘thank you for your hard word’ to everyone since the meeting and it makes us laugh every time.”

“I love getting to share life with Grace and I feel so lucky to be her mama. ❤️” she added.
