Side affects of flomax

  • At 49, Kelly Ripa just showed off her toned abs in a new dance video on Instagram.
  • The talk show host was doing a choreographed routine to “The Water Dance” with celebrity trainer Anna Kaiser.
  • Kelly also recently posted a video “auditioning” to be in the Super Bowl halftime show.

Kelly Ripa has been ripped for years, but she seems to only get fitter with time. Now, at 49, she is in serious shape. A key part of the Live with Kelly and Ryan host’s workout routine is busting a move with dance lessons, and she’s got the super impressive receipts to prove it. During a recent workout session, an abs-baring Kelly, celebrity fitness trainer Anna Kaiser, and her friend Elsa Marie Collins did a choreographed dance to “The Water Dance” by Chris Porter—and they totally killed it.

Peep the video Kelly just shared to her Instagram Stories:

“Workout today inspired by the ultimate Moms with moves J.Lo and Shakira,” she captioned the post.

Clearly, Kelly isn’t a rookie when it comes to breaking it down on the dance floor. Just last week, the talk show host posted another super fun dance video to her Instagram “auditioning” to be in Shakira and J. Lo’s Super Bowl Halftime Show.

“I love to dance, and she loves to dance,” Kaiser previously told Women’s Health about Kelly’s workout routine. The trainer takes a dance cardio-focused approach with the talk show host, in addition to functional training and circuit training—cornerstones of the AKT fitness regimen.

But the dancing duo don’t just do choreo to get Kelly’s abs and fit physique. Kelly and Kaiser get together at least four times a week for a 60- to 90-minute workout that combines dance cardio training, resistance work, strength training, and circuit work. In addition to Kaiser’s AKT In Motion method, Kelly does SoulCycle and follows an alkaline diet.

She’s stayed consistent, she’s been committed, it’s something that she does for her,” Kaiser previously told Women’s Health. “You need to find something that you love to do, and that will help you show up…that thing that makes you feel really jazzed, and makes you feel great after, too.”
