Yesterday, Gov. Jared Polis and health officials announced that three children in Colorado are suspected of contracting a rare inflammatory disease believed to be tied to coronavirus. Children’s Hospital Colorado is investigating the potential cases of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children, or MIS-C.

Meanwhile, Colorado health officials on Wednesday reported 1,299 people have died with COVID-19 in their systems, and that death-certificate data shows 1,001 fatalities were due to the virus.
