Coronavirus in Colorado, April 2: A look at the latest updates on COVID-19 – The Denver Post

Colorado is taking aggressive steps to get critical protective gear on its own to combat the novel coronavirus outbreak, Gov. Jared Polis said on Wednesday. The state has gone straight to China for masks, gloves, gowns, face shields and ventilators as the federal government works to increase domestic production, Polis said

Public health officials said the state’s total rose to 80 deaths as of Wednesday. There were 376 more positive cases, taking the total to 3,324. There are 620 people who have been hospitalized.

How many people have recovered from the coronavirus? Colorado says it can’t yet answer that question.
